About the role

  • Develop new business, strengthen the active portfolio and represent BOLD throughout the state.
  • Manage an active portfolio, ensuring retention and revenue growth.
  • Serve direct customers and customers via distributors.
  • Conduct diagnostic meetings, presentations, and commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, deadlines, and commercial terms aligned with company strategy.
  • Act in a consultative manner, understanding customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related fields.
  • Experience as a Sales Executive / B2B Sales Consultant.
  • Proven experience in prospecting, account management, and consultative negotiation.
  • Experience working with the indirect channel / distributors.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Valid driver's license (Category B).
  • Based in Fortaleza (CE).
  • Strong communication skills, organization, and a focus on targets and results.
