About the role
- Guide client objectives and timelines from conception through delivery
- Dive deep to learn the client’s business, including company business goals and objectives, products, markets, brand positioning, competitive landscape, industry, distribution, etc.
- Collaborate, contribute, strategize, and support client solutions that deliver “And Then Some”
- Develop, nurture, and grow strong client relationships, assessing client needs and proposing appropriate marketing services
- Manage multiple, simultaneous projects working with cross-functional team members that include internal and external resources
- Negotiate changes, navigate challenges, and lead solutions
- Share updates and results often
- Come prepared and confidently contribute to powerful client presentations to provide insights and solutions
- Be an active listener and guide client meetings (in person, by phone or video conference) and ensure follow up on all discussions internally and externally
- Serve as a constant resource to the team and our clients
Requirements
- 4-6 years of client relationship management experience within a marketing/advertising agency setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Mass Communications
- Experience with CPG, B2B, and/or B2C industries preferred
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and the implications that technology has on developing strategies and execution
- Strong email CRM experience a must
- Strong ability to anticipate, plan and prioritize to manage the workload effectively and efficiently
- Confidently own initiatives
