About the role

  • Source and engage candidates using AI-powered sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent platforms.
  • Leverage Recruiter Agents and AI recruiting tools to improve sourcing efficiency and candidate engagement.
  • Recruit for roles in telecommunications, engineering, technology, and AI-related functions.
  • Conduct candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and motivation.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
  • Partner with internal recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical role requirements.
  • Track candidates and manage recruiting workflows using ATS platforms (Greenhouse or similar).
  • Maintain professional candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Continuously explore new sourcing strategies, recruiting technologies, and AI-driven workflows.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in telecommunications, engineering, technical, or AI recruiting.
  • Experience sourcing for technical roles such as engineers, telecom specialists, network engineers, or AI/ML professionals.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern recruiting tools.
  • Interest in AI tools and recruiting technology.
  • Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.
  • Organized and comfortable managing multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and eager to grow in a technology-driven recruiting organization.
