• Lead monthly Strategy Meetings with your talent roster to develop and implement retention strategies that keep top talent engaged with Boksi long-term.
• Support talents with career development, content guidance, and strategic advice on positioning, rates, and audience growth.
• Close collaboration with the Sales team to match the right talents for campaigns.
• Brief talents on campaign requirements and ensure smooth, high-quality delivery from kick-off to wrap.
• Monitor talent-side performance and act on insights.
• Identify and scout new talents that align with Boksi's values and our clients' needs across Germany.
