About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for your roster of talents.
- Run weekly check-ins to ensure talent satisfaction, surface concerns early, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Lead monthly Strategy Meetings with your talent roster to develop and implement retention strategies that keep top talent engaged with Boksi long-term.
- Support talents with career development, content guidance, and strategic advice on positioning, rates, and audience growth.
- Close collaboration with the Sales team to match the right talents for campaigns.
- Brief talents on campaign requirements and ensure smooth, high-quality delivery from kick-off to wrap.
- Monitor talent-side performance and act on insights.
- Identify and scout new talents that align with Boksi's values and our clients' needs across Germany.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in talent management, sales, influencer marketing, or related field.
- Strong understanding of the creator economy and digital marketing landscape in Germany.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized and results-driven with a hands-on, proactive approach.
- Fluency in German and English.
