Provides strategic and operational oversight and project management guidance to advance the overall effectiveness of courses in the mandatory compliance training portfolio
Manages, develops and inspires employees
Partners closely with the Compliance Risk Management group to strengthen connectivity between priority enterprise risk areas and training as a control
Stays on top of the latest in adult learning strategies, technology, and experiential learning
Anticipates future needs and prioritizes workload
Consults and supports the HR team leading key mandatory business unit and functional courses
Provides judgment and guides custom instructional content developed in partnership with subject matter experts across the enterprise and the HR Learning and Development organization
Reviews and edits instructional content with a goal of increased effectiveness
Integrates with and supports teammates across Global Compliance such as International Risk Management, Ethics, Global Privacy, and other organizations
Partners with the Command Media team to provide training and awareness deliverables in support of their strategic efforts
Collaborates directly with Ethics Education and Awareness team to both provide and gather information
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher
5+ years of experience leading and/or managing complex projects
Experience developing and/or managing the implementation of compliance-related training
Experience in compliance risk management
