About the role
- Lead project execution to complete the work statement
- Identify performance metrics and use the data to drive positive, predictable performance
- Implement rolling wave planning techniques
- Support and lead Program Increment (PI) and Sprint planning activities
- Facilitate discussions to identify dependencies and risks
- Foster a culture of transparency and collaboration across teams
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science (Level 4)
- 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
- Multi-disciplinary technical expertise
- Working knowledge or project engineering in Model Based Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, and Data Science
- Earned Value Management (EVM) Control Account Manager (CAM) experience and training
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
