About the role
- Provide technical, business, and integration leadership to engineering projects
- Manage scope and any changes to project baselines
- Support proposal development and lead engineering execution
- Develop and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) and Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs)
- Define plans for risk mitigation and opportunity
- Maintain Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics
- Manage product release schedules and release activities
- Advocate and recommend process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 9+ years of experience in Engineering, Project Management, or a similar role
- 3+ years of experience leading teams
- 5+ years of experience with project management in an engineering environment
- Experience developing and tracking program plans/schedules and budgets for technical projects
- Security Clearance: U.S. Citizenship required to obtain Security Clearance
