Requirements
- 5+ years’ analysis experience in logistics and training needed to develop ground-up training
- Ability to research information for analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation
- Strong ability to work autonomously while conducting analysis, research, design, development, implementation, or evaluation
- Strong ability to incorporate and collect learning analytics data into training and technology
- Strong leadership skills needed to help drive customer and stakeholder conversations
- Strong project management skills to keep track of large-scale training development
- Ability to track and trace multiple digital threads from statement of work to training content
