About the role
- Develop and maintain electrical product detail, assembly and installation designs for advanced Commercial Aircraft
- Analyze engineering design disposition on discrepancies
- Collaborate with partners on the factory floor to ensure designs can be built efficiently and safely
- Follow and improve documented processes and specifications
- Participate in technical reviews of supplier capabilities
- Support critical analysis and design reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Science degree from an ABET accredited course of study in engineering and ABET accredited college / university
- 3+ years of experience with wire harness, electrical and/or mechanical design
- 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in Computer aided design (CAD) tools (preferred)
- Knowledge of CATIA V5 (preferred)
- Must be a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15
