Report to the Senior Director, Commercial Sales BGS and dotted-line integrate into the Senior Director, Digital Services
Manage a technical sales team coordinating closely with Digital Services program and sales leadership, marketing and the broader regional sales organization for Boeing Global Services
Develop go-to-market strategy for the business and lead execution of sales campaigns to achieve growth objectives
Day-to-day management of sales team focused on regional sales campaigns, opportunity management, sales training & development, internal coordination, and CRM (Salesforce.com) administration
Coach, develop and guide the sales team on customer journey and portfolio growth while partnering with regional managing directors
Monitor global team activities daily and conduct weekly/monthly check-in meetings to implement and adjust strategies
Lead and motivate sales professionals to solicit new business and retain/penetrate existing business
Lead development of sales opportunities and coordinate with Customer Success & Service Leaders, program leadership, and marketing
Drive prospecting, strategy planning, forecasting and prioritization of resources
Support strategic imperatives and initiatives to fulfill business requirements and optimize performance
Monitor, track, and report on key sales performance metrics and conduct regular pipeline reviews
Maximize utilization of product management, marketing communication, and customer support to contribute to business objectives
Participate in strategically important client negotiations and meetings
Ensure quota attainment by the team and oversee process improvements, staff skill development, and collaboration with BGS and Boeing proposal initiatives
Partner with sales leadership, sales operations, human resources and finance to administer the sales incentive plan program and support internal nonstandard business approval processes for strategic campaigns as needed
Requirements
Experienced in Business Management or Sales/Marketing or equivalent in progressive leadership
Working knowledge of software solutions supporting flight deck operations, and technical operations as it relates to the global commercial aviation market segment
