About the role
- Oversight of sourced server work for the enterprise – ensuring external service providers adequately satisfy requirements
- Act as point of escalation for server-related issues and general point of contact for service providers
- Manage a team of professionals supporting various components of server operations
- Own and oversee the operation of approximately 20 server-related SOX infrastructure controls
- Oversee the operations of enterprise servers worldwide
- Oversight of a portion of retained server environment support, including work to support secured environments
- Maintain 7x24 availability for escalations as needed
- Prioritize server operations to maintain performance and security; ensure server infrastructure environments host workloads tailored to customer requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SOX, SOX audits, process improvements, and policy creation
- 5+ years of experience working in information/cyber security identifying security vulnerabilities, secure software development lifecycle, large-scale computing
- 3+ years of experience leading server technology, infrastructure and services projects (server hardware, operating systems, virtualization, middleware, and cloud enabling software.)
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing integrated or technical projects or teams across multiple computing platforms and organizations
- Experience with network security concepts and controls
- Experience supporting 7x24 operations
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
