About the role

  • Analyze, report large scale data-set to support data driven decision making
  • Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports
  • Lead and maintain KPI formulation, standardization, tracking and governance.
  • Ensure data governance, accuracy, consistency across the system.
  • Support forecasting and scenario analysis
  • Drive integration and support standardization across operations (wherever required ) between different teams
  • Responsible for developing internal documentation and processes
  • Coordinates engineering change proposals and baseline support concepts and challenges inconsistencies for clarification.
  • Define, implement, maintain and improve processes, tools and metrics that govern and support the operations.
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis and rapid insights in response to evolving business needs
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing guidance and technical support to team members
  • Providing education and coaching to other team members.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in project management
  • 2+ years of experience in business operations, strategy roles
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI /Tableau Tools & Technologies - Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel, MS Office, SharePoint , Python & Power Query (optional)
  • Education and experience acquired through MBA/PGDM master’s degree/diploma in Data Analytics and related field is preferred.
  • Experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry
  • Familiarity with automation tools
  • Demonstrated high level of dependability, initiative, adaptability, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent Communication fluent in both written and verbal English.
