About the role
- Manage pre-contract sourcing efforts and post-contract vendor management of key suppliers
- Work closely with various levels of IDT&S leadership and Product Managers to refine sourcing strategies
- Develop Request for Proposal/Information documentation
- Lead technical evaluations of bidder proposals
- Lead vendor governance, relationship management, performance management, and Risk, Issue, Opportunity mitigation support
- Manage stakeholder & supplier relationships through the sourcing lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing or equivalent combination of procurement, project management, and vendor management
- Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience developing supplier statements of work and supplier performance oversight
