- Oversees Supplier Management Global Field Operations – Supplier Recovery across multiple locations
- Develops and executes supply base plans and integrates with customer, program, and commodity strategies
- Identifies and participates in supplier and business improvement activities
- Manages, develops, and motivates Supply Base Management Specialist employees
- Monitors supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience problem-solving to identify critical activities and tasks within the work group
- 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Management
- 5+ years formally or informally leading a team
- Ability to travel both international and domestic >75% of the time.
