About the role
- Collaborate within the organization and global teams to support efficient operations
- Provide administrative support to leadership, visitors and other team members
- Proactively manage Outlook calendars and virtual resource tools
- Coordinate and reconcile schedule conflicts with multiple executives
- Ensure conference room resources are maintained
- Set up WebEx and teleconferences as needed
- Coordinate and make domestic and international business travel arrangements
- Plan and implement logistics for internal/external events
- Assist management with compliance to Travel Policies
- Provide assistance to maintain electronic and written communication
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required as basic qualification
- Excellent English language skills (written and oral)
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 2013 tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Positive and proactive working attitude
- High ethical and integrity standards
- Ability to learn and apply new skills
- Ability to work under limited supervision
- 12 or more years' related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
