About the role

  • Cultivate and lead a high-performing and high-visibility Strategy team in partnership with the Strategy Director
  • Define the vector, profitability, and success for the Division's mission areas and product lines
  • Engage in Long Range Business Planning, New Business Funds, BDS Strategic Planning, and Phantom Works Strategy projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams and engage with partners, suppliers, and customers to create effective business structure solutions

Requirements

  • Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
  • Experience in the acquisition and execution environment within the US Department of Defense (DOD) and/or the Defense Industry
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
  • Knowledge of venture capital landscape, emerging technologies and global defense market trends
  • 5+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
  • Active Top Secret Clearance
