About the role
- Support and lead the use of Microsoft’s project management tools (Project Standard/Professional, Planner, Project Apps, Project Online/Server)
- Develop strategies for M365 project management tool adoption and on-premises migration solutions to promote cloud adoption
- Support Project Server on-premises, Project Online, SharePoint Online, Teams connected project management services and integrations with Power BI and Power Platform
- Provide support and training for Visio products (Visio Standard, Visio Professional, Visio Plan 1 and Plan 2)
- Communicate and work directly with the Microsoft team supporting Boeing; address open issues, life cycle product management and support
- Identify emerging business and customer driven requirements associated with project management tools for on-premises and cloud services
- Support and build Power BI and Power BI Report server reporting associated with customer Project Management services and provide end customer training
- Design, lead and develop project management solutions using cloud-based tools and services
- Create and manage customer educational resources (Teams Channels, recurring public forums, demos, Q&A)
- Support transition of on-premises project management tools and services by identifying and developing cloud solutions
- Lead, direct, and manage Portfolio/Program Management requirements and Enterprise PPM capabilities in Project Server, Project Online and Planner
- Develop and establish methodologies to ensure projects are accurate and auditable
- Provide project management oversight and facilitation support for SharePoint Online & Teams integration, including implementation activities & strategies
- Participate in and lead Customer Engagements, Consultation, Requirements Gathering, Training and Product Demonstrations
- Provide On-Call Rotation Support (Escalations, Customers) – Weekly rotation schedule
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with program management, project management and/or business operations
- 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and other M365 collaboration tools
- 5+ years of experience with Scaled Agile Framework or Agile Methodologies
- 5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps/Git or AGILE development
- 5+ years of experience with on-premises systems, including servers, virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and basic data center management
- 3+ years of experience with standard project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and Project Server
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence/data analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI, Dashboards, SQL, Tableau, etc.)
- Ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required
- U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)

- Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
