About the role
- Lead the end-to-end migration of IAM applications and workloads from on-premises data centers to AWS and Azure, ensuring zero-downtime and high availability
- Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate the testing and deployment of IAM configurations and security policies
- Translate technical requirements into business outcomes, collaborating with DevOps, Security, and Compliance teams to maintain a secure cloud posture
- Partner with security, infrastructure, DevOps, and application teams to ensure IAM integrations align with enterprise security and compliance requirements
- Provide technical direction, mentorship, training and thought leadership to IAM team members and stakeholders
- Troubleshoot complex IAM issues across hybrid environments and drive resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 5+ years of experience in IAM-focused cloud work, including hands‑on delivery within Azure and AWS
- Experience and proven track record migrating large-scale applications, services, or platforms from on‑premises to cloud environments
- Experience in a "Lead" or "Senior" capacity, guiding technical projects from inception to completion
- Experience with Automation & DevSecOps: Proficient in automation tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible, with a deep understanding of version control (Git) and CI/CD orchestration (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps)
- Experience with Protocol Proficiency: Deep technical knowledge of identity standards including SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM
- Experience writing and maintaining automation scripts (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) for cloud infrastructure
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, security analysts, and business stakeholders
- Experience with platform domains including server, OS, networking, load balancing, storage, etc.
- Experience with verbal and written skills, including the ability to influence technical roadmaps, present to executive leadership, and translate complex IAM concepts for diverse audiences.
