💰 $95,200 - $128,800 per year
About the role
- Serves as a liaison between the business or function and IT
- Educates on IT service offerings
- Collaborates directly with business or function to understand problems or initiatives
- Develops and executes communication plans, including status to leadership
- Identifies risks and impacts and coordinates with business or function to approve mitigation plans
- Provides input and lessons learned on IT processes and ensures alignment to quality management solutions
- Accounts for the dollars spent, funding, and affordability in support of their applicable business unit(s) or function(s)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience working in the Information Technology (IT) field
- 3+ years of experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against to ensure high quality delivery
- 3+ years of experience in project management to track implementations
- 3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers, and multiple levels of leadership
- Experience with giving presentations and public speaking
