Lead the end-to-end migration of IAM applications and workloads from on-premises data centers to AWS and Azure, ensuring zero-downtime and high availability
Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate the testing and deployment of IAM configurations and security policies
Translate technical requirements into business outcomes, collaborating with DevOps, Security, and Compliance teams to maintain a secure cloud posture
Partner with security, infrastructure, DevOps, and application teams to ensure IAM integrations align with enterprise security and compliance requirements
Provide technical direction, mentorship, training and thought leadership to IAM team members and stakeholders
Troubleshoot complex IAM issues across hybrid environments and drive resolution

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
5+ years of experience in IAM-focused cloud work, including hands‑on delivery within Azure and AWS
Experience and proven track record migrating large-scale applications, services, or platforms from on‑premises to cloud environments
Experience in a 'Lead' or 'Senior' capacity, guiding technical projects from inception to completion
Experience with Automation & DevSecOps: Proficient in automation tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible, with a deep understanding of version control (Git) and CI/CD orchestration (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps)
Experience with Protocol Proficiency: Deep technical knowledge of identity standards including SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM
Experience writing and maintaining automation scripts (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) for cloud infrastructure
Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, security analysts, and business stakeholders
Experience with platform domains including server, OS, networking, load balancing, storage, etc.
Experience with verbal and written skills, including the ability to influence technical roadmaps, present to executive leadership, and translate complex IAM concepts for diverse audiences.
