About the role

  • Lead organizational change management for the operations organization to ensure broad enterprise adoption of operations processes and tools
  • Lead operations process and technology tool integration across the IT Service Management ecosystem to ensure cohesive, end-to-end operations service and improved employee experience
  • Lead development and lifecycle of Integrated Operations Roadmaps
  • Manage the supplier strategy for the global Enterprise IT Operations organization
  • Define, analyze, and implement business transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Create, manage, and execute comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, and IDT&S governance framework
  • Act as a liaison between executive leadership, project teams, and stakeholders to gain buy-in and manage expectations
  • Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and dependencies
  • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success to ensure value and communication

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions, or initiatives
  • 10+ years of experience leading large scale IT transformation projects
  • 10+ years of experience leading teams in a formal management role
  • 5+ years of experience in ITIL, portfolio management, or service management
  • 5+ years of experience leading global teams across multiple time zones
  • Willing to travel up to 10%
