About the role
- Provide program-level project management and integration leadership for Phantom Works facilities, networks, and high performance computing (HPC)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Program Management, Engineering, IT, Industrial Security, GREF, and other business partners
- Establish formalized procedures for managing Phantom Works facilities, networks, and HPC aligned with governance boards
- Lead 705/702 Compliance Planning in conjunction with business partners (GREF, Industrial Security, Cyber Security)
- Coordinate facilities, networks, and HPC requirements across PW working with program managers and leadership
- Establish cadence and chair regular facilities coordination meetings
- Establish cadence and chair regular HPC coordination meetings
- Develop network and HPC strategy for current needs and future strategies; determine best value strategy with IT and program management partners and mature and execute the plan
- Identify and investigate potential cost savings strategies for facilities, networks and HPC
- Lead efforts in promoting consistent and current branding and aesthetics across all Phantom Works sites/facilities
- Report to the Phantom Works Chief of Staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience performing in a program or technical leadership role
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading and driving business strategies and processes
- Minimum 5 years of experience building of cross-functional relationships
- Experience connecting with and advising senior leaders within the business
- Experience integrating and coordinating across internal and external stakeholders with a high degree of technical understanding
- Requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)
- U.S. Security Clearance active in past 24 months is considered active
- Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense
