About the role

  • Utilizes expertise in intellectual property licensing and knowledge of Boeing's technologies and business strategies
  • Develop, negotiate, and manage complex intellectual property license programs
  • Supports the integration of business unit objectives, strategies and plans with licensing opportunities and market development
  • Manages employees that handle complex intellectual property license agreements
  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with internal clients, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports
  • Provides oversight and approval of business approaches, products and processes
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Intellectual property licensing experience
  • Significant experience in managing teams of employees with diverse skills and backgrounds
  • Significant experience handling complex negotiation and contracting processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, team, and presentation skills
  • Experience leading and driving difficult tasks to completion
