About the role

  • Assess and analyze customer escalations and formulate problem resolutions
  • Coordinate activities required to facilitate the quick return to service for emergent customer requirements (e.g., AOG)
  • Review and interpret engineering data for alternative problem resolution
  • Act as a liaison with multiple stakeholders to achieve common objectives
  • Delegate tasks to manage workload effectively
  • Engage in cross-functional communications to deliver concise and timely results
  • Support suppliers by identifying constraints and assisting with mitigation plans
  • Manage multiple concurrent deadlines
  • Assist in the collection and processing of supplier and customer data regarding products or services, including repair capabilities and capacity
  • Adapt to a fast-changing and high-stress work environment

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain
  • Basic experience in customer support or customer service role
  • High attention to detail, self-starter, and results driven
  • Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • Proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, form and style, proofreading, and editing skills
