About the role

  • Champion the Boeing Values & Behaviors
  • Lead a high-performing team of counterintelligence and insider threat professionals responsible for proactive threat collection, analysis, investigation, and reporting on espionage, terrorism, and insider threat risks to the company
  • Act as Boeing’s Enterprise Insider Threat Program Manager
  • Establish, maintain, and enforce standards, procedures, and processes to detect, prevent, and respond to insider threats while data integrity and proper handling of sensitive data
  • Manage and monitor key business plans, including the Long Range Business Plan (LRBP), People Plan, and Strategic Plan, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Utilize the intelligence cycle to identify, analyze, and disseminate information regarding current and emerging threats to the Enterprise
  • Develop and present concise, decision-focused intelligence deliverables for senior executives and cross-functional governance bodies
  • Establish and maintain intelligence collection strategies, capabilities, and partnerships (internal and external)
  • Drive continuous improvement of tools, methods, and workflows to increase timeliness, relevance, and impact of capabilities
  • Maintain compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, export control, and information classification requirements; partner with legal and security teams as needed
  • Represent the organization in external intelligence, academic, or industry forums when appropriate
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry counterparts to share best practices and threat intelligence
  • Mentor, coach, and develop team members, strengthening team capability and succession readiness

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years’ of progressively responsible experience in counterintelligence investigations or operations, assessing complex threats from nation state actors and insider threats
  • Demonstrated understanding of the intelligence threats facing the aerospace industry
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering intelligence products that influenced executive decisions and strategic outcomes
  • Strong analytic capabilities with experience in scenario planning, trend analysis, risk assessment, and synthesis of multi-source information
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to produce concise executive briefings and present to senior leadership
  • 5+ years’ experience managing teams, developing talent, and establishing workflows and quality controls
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with business, technical, legal, security, and program teams
  • Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
