About the role
- Troubleshoot system issues, conduct report analysis, and work with IT to support programs
- Analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and improved business information processing systems and analytic solutions
- Define requirements and business cases for technology developments
- Coordinate with business and technology teams to integrate system and data requirements
- Execute user testing and acceptance and conduct system readiness testing to business processes
- Provide administration and monitoring of systems post-implementation
- Develop and update information dashboards and reports
- Support, provide training, and provide access for deployed systems
- Provide end-user support including immediate system/data guidance and training design and delivery
- Support project management tasks related to business information integration activities
- Support system changes and integration efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, CIS, or a closely related field.
- 5+ years of experience in inventory management, demand forecasting, engineering, or simulation
- 3+ years experience working with an ERP system (such as SAP, GOLDesp) from an IT standpoint
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) in a project management role
- Experience working with specifically GOLDesp from an IT standpoint (preferred)
- 3+ years of customer service experience (preferred)
- Experience with functional testing and/or user acceptance testing (preferred)
- Experience in a role requiring any type process improvement (preferred)
- Experience with U.S. Military supply chain systems and tools (preferred)
- Familiarity with SAFe Agile Methodology (preferred)
- Experience in user interface design (preferred)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, MS Project (preferred)
- Must meet export control compliance requirements; must be a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required
