About the role
- Manages and integrates employee and mid-level manager activities across more than one area in production control and materials management
- Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
- Acquires resources for organizational activities and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of functional approaches, products and processes
- Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers
- Ensures that overall budgets, schedules and performance standards are set and attained
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- More than 5 years of experience in Production Control and Material Management processes
- More than 5 years of experience supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment
