About the role
- Develop, prepare, and coordinate comprehensive Program Integrated Test Plans (ITP)
- Lead the development and standardization of test methods, procedures, and processes
- Integrate BT&E capabilities and resources with other IPTs, Systems Engineering, and government stakeholders
- Conduct testability assessments of engineering requirements
- Manage the Test Program baseline and participate in change management
- Serve as a Test Mission Assurance Readiness Review board member
- Oversee test data analysis, processing, calibration, and validation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to establish teaming plans
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 2+ years of experience supporting a military flight test program
- 3+ years of experience with system assembly, integration & test, including requirements traceability culminating in requirements validation & verification
- 1+ years of experience estimating costs and developing schedules meeting EVM requirements
