Lead operations management and compliance, Business Support services and traveler assistance for multiple delegated business activities (Enterprise Services, Site Services, Finance & Business, Security & Fire Protection and Supplier Management)
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders and peers within the country
Investigate and provide guidance for international local hire and international assignee on complex issues or concerns
Manage facility operations, non-real-property planning, project administration, and facilities provisioning
Develop and manage the operating budget; interpret office and property accounting, invoicing, cost analysis, tax policies and business objectives
Lead teams to design, develop and implement organization policies, programs, processes and procedures for security, fire regulations and business preparedness (e.g., country evacuation plan and crisis management)
Monitor and partner with procurement agent to manage vendor activity, negotiations and vendor performance
Lead and represent transportation and logistics to internal/external organizations; lead cross-functional teams introducing new processes, tools and techniques for Transportation Analysts
Investigate and perform root cause analysis on complex compliance and logistics initiatives and recommend best practice solutions
Support investigations of matters under review, identify, develop and implement corrective measures
Execute complex transactions, analysis and assessments ensuring compliance with Regulatory Agency guidelines
Coordinate and lead internal process reviews, audit/assessment activities and support services including invoice audit, contracts management and negotiations
Develop and recommend changes to process management procedures to enhance customer experience and operational excellence
