About the role
- Develops and maintains engineering product definition
- Prepares design layouts and modifies existing designs
- Coordinates and develops work transfer packages
- Contributes to the integration of product definition across internal and external business partners to provide a functional end-product
- Investigates and resolves moderately complex manufacturing process, or engineering related issues
- Verifies accuracy of engineering data produced by others
- Design and build and performing design engineering for flight test and design modification and instrumentation of military and commercial derivative aircraft
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience creating engineering drawings
- 3+ years of experience with 3D CAD modeling
- Flight Test instrumentation experience (preferred)
- Experience with CATIA/Enovia (preferred)
- Experience with process documentation (preferred)
- Must meet export control compliance: be a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
