About the role
- Lead a geographically dispersed, high-performing team of project and construction management subject matter experts
- Partner closely with business unit and enterprise stakeholders to drive strong relationships
- Oversee consistent project lifecycles from scope to closeout while enforcing standards
- Allocate and optimize resources across regions, monitor performance, and enact corrective actions
- Develop multi‑year facilities and capital roadmaps aligned to enterprise and sustainability goals
- Grow and motivate mid‑level managers and technical staff via coaching
- Drive OpEx initiatives to reduce cost and increase uptime
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in facilities or construction project management
- 3+ years of experience leading projects and/or teams
- Experience using professional written and verbal communication skills to achieve deliverables
- Experience in a role requiring presentation skills
- 50% domestic travel
