About the role
- Leads liaison activities between the business or function and IT
- Collaborates directly with business to understand problems or initiatives
- Leads development and execution of communication plans
- Identifies risks and impacts and coordinates with business to approve mitigation plans
- Provides input on IT processes, procedures, tools and techniques
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience working in the Information Technology (IT) field
- 5+ years of experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against to ensure high quality delivery
- 5+ years of experience in project management to track implementations
- 5+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers, and multiple levels of leadership
- 3+ years of experience with giving presentations and public speaking
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
