About the role

Drive strategic, high-impact initiatives shaping Boeing's analytics portfolio for Boeing Global Services
Identify problems suited for data, AI, automation, or analytics and develop business cases/value propositions
Develop and maintain analytics portfolio visualization and KPI transparency
Mature and facilitate intake, qualification, and prioritization of analytics, AI, and automation projects
Manage complex, cross-functional project plans, schedules, and dependencies
Facilitate discovery workshops to define problems, quantify value, and scope solutions
Implement program management best practices to monitor progress and mitigate risks
Prepare stakeholder engagement content for updates, portfolio reviews, and executive communications
Drive adoption and reuse of analytics and AI solutions; track usage and value realization
Lead cross-functional process mapping and Lean initiatives (Value Stream Mapping)
Partner with IT systems architects and AI/Data teams to support system integration and process visualizations
Support identification and tracking of process metrics pre- and post-improvement and assist with training materials

10+ years of experience leading value stream mapping, design thinking, Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, and/or equivalent process improvement efforts
10+ years of experience with Project Management and LEAN methodology
10+ years of experience leading and managing development and integration of business plans, strategies, and processes
10+ years of experience maintaining and/or developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics
10+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and/or support IT project plans and schedules
10+ years of experience integrating cross functional teams
Ability to travel 10-20% of the time
Preferred: Master’s degree or higher
Preferred: Experience in aerospace, defense, aviation, or related industries
Preferred: Experience with AI, data, analytics, automation transformations and AI pipeline development and monitoring
Preferred: Experience working with senior leadership on road mapping, strategy, and long range business planning
Preferred: Experience conducting workshops, product development, business cases, customer engagement, UX design, and managing analytics portfolios
