About the role

  • Develop and maintain requirements, architecture, interfaces, and design for Software Quality Dashboards, Automation efforts, Tools etc
  • Software development activities in the scaled agile methodology utilizing a DevSecOps environment
  • Supporting software development activities and integrating completed software components into a fully functional software system
  • Support progress demonstration presentations to customer representatives and program/IPT leadership
  • Perform day-to-day activities in the areas of Product Owner Delegate, and Integration & Test lead
  • Leverage cloud and AI development; understand cloud development and agile methodology using a CI/CD environment; integrated with automated testing while also being a Product Owner delegate

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with software development for aerospace, including web development
  • 3+ years of experience in the Software Development lifecycle (including Requirements Analysis, Design, Code, Integration & Test)
  • 3+ years of experience in Phyton and SQL
  • Experience working in an Agile software development environment with DevOps methodologies
  • Experience as a Product Owner/Technical Lead and/or Integration & Test Lead for government programs (Preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience with software development using either Python, C++, JavaScript, SQL, or React (Preferred)
  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration platforms (Preferred)
  • Strong experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines in GitLab to automate testing, builds, and deployment workflows (Preferred)
  • Export control compliance: must be a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
