Requirements
3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or related experience in a regulated industry.
3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role.
3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
3+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions.
3+ years of experience in developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners.
3+ years of experience reporting performance metrics.
