About the role
- Manage employees performing supplier quality activities to ensure that suppliers' production and quality systems meet purchase contract requirements
- Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures to improve supplier performance
- Provides education and coaching on the Quality System
- Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports
- Manages, develops and motivates employees
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in an accredited course of study
- 5+ years of experience in working and supporting (BCA and/or BDS, BGS) Quality Management System (QMS)
- 5+ years of experience in leading or managing a team
- 5+ years of experience in setting a strategic direction
- 5+ years of experience in a quality role and experience in AS9100 Quality system
- 5+ years of experience building, developing and maintaining customer/supplier relationships
