About the role
- Conduct thorough assessments of manufacturing processes against standards
- Analyze compliance data to identify gaps and areas of risk
- Provide actionable feedback on assessment results
- Lead complex group work sessions utilizing Lean principles
- Identify opportunities for process optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop metrics and plans
- Drive a culture of safety and compliance within the organization
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee engagement
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams
- 3+ years of experience with project management
- 3+ years of experience in developing executive level presentations
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work any shift based on operation needs (primarily 1st shift)
