- Oversee the evaluation of business opportunities to define and optimize product offerings
- Analyze and understand target markets, market trends, new technology, customer business issues, and the competitive environment
- Drive highly technical engagements around future aviation technology to develop long-term product strategy and roadmaps
- Lead from a visionary and practical perspective to enable the current aviation ecosystem
- Create Go-To-Market plans to support Sales Channels with appropriate collateral
- Translate operational insights and airline needs into clear requirements for product development
- Lead cross-functional teams in design, testing, and deployment of aviation solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 6 years of leadership experience in a cross-functional environment
- Proven experience (1+ years) in developing and presenting recommendations to executive-level management
- Experience (1+ years) in systems integration
- Strong understanding of aircraft systems, flight procedures, and aviation regulations
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams and providing clear, actionable requirements
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
