About the role
- Oversee the evaluation of business opportunities to define and optimize the product offerings.
- Lead product development to create products and validate early product definitions with customers.
- Define the optimal business model, pricing, and packaging for the product.
- Analyze and understand target markets, market trends, new technology, and customer business issues.
- Drive highly technical engagements around future aviation technology.
- Create Go-To-Market plans to supply Sales Channels with appropriate collateral and market positioning documentation.
- Work closely with engineering and product development teams to ensure requirements are accurately understood.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 6 years of leadership experience in a cross-functional environment, either formally or informally.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in developing and presenting recommendations to executive-level management.
- Experience (1+ years) in systems integration.
- Strong understanding of aircraft systems, flight procedures, and aviation regulations.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams and providing clear, actionable requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to translate complex operational challenges into precise product recommendations.
