About the role
- Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for a complex suite of features, from idea to delivery and adoption.
- Develop a 1-2 year prioritized roadmap for your area, owning milestones for several related projects independently.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Architecture, and other product teams to deliver on V2MOM commitments and critical security and availability programs.
- Lead your engineering teams to deliver amazing features from your detailed requirements and prototypes, writing clear user stories and managing a prioritized backlog.
- Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to deeply understand their challenges, gather feedback, and identify additional opportunities.
- Define and analyze key metrics to measure the success of your products, including availability, adoption, and impact on key business initiatives.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on security, identity, developer platforms, or large-scale technical infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Direct experience working on identity and access management (IAM) products
- Knowledge of open identity and security standards (e.g., OAuth, OIDC, SAML, FIDO2/WebAuthn, SCIM)
- Experience managing products that serve as a platform for other internal or external development teams
- Experience with agile/scrum development methodologies.
