Requirements
Extensive customer service experience (3+ years preferred) in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated success using CX platforms such as HubSpot, AirCall, Zendesk, or similar.
Strong working knowledge of CX KPIs, metrics, and best practices.
Proven ability to adapt quickly, learn new systems fast, and pass an internal knowledge and skills assessment within 90 days.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a natural ability to connect and empathize with diverse clients.
A deep passion for health, wellness, and fitness — you understand the industry and can engage authentically with clients who care about their health journey.
