Provide full lifecycle acquisition support, including planning, solicitation, evaluation, award, and post-award administration.
Draft and review acquisition documentation in accordance with FAR and HHS policies.
Maintain contract files in eFile and ensure compliance with OAMS SOPDs.
Support complex source selection strategies and contract types (T&M, cost-type, GWACs, MACs).
Collaborate with Contracting Officers, CORs, and program stakeholders.
Redirect inquiries to federal staff as appropriate.
Requirements
8+ years of federal acquisition experience
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-visibility acquisitions
Proficiency with PRISM, UFMS, and other federal acquisition systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Must meet clearance requirements and complete the required HHS training.
FAC-C Level II or III certification (preferred)
Experience supporting HHS or other health-related federal agencies (preferred)
