• Execute end-to-end recruiting for cleared and non-cleared federal roles, including technology, acquisition & procurement (1102 series), and management consulting positions.
• Manage requisitions from intake through offer acceptance, ensuring a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and targeted pipelines.
• Conduct in-depth screenings to assess technical qualifications, federal experience, clearance status, and cultural alignment.
• Recruit candidates with active or current high-level security clearances (Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI).
• Ensure compliance with security, suitability, and federal hiring requirements throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements, hiring urgency, and evolving priorities.
• Provide market insights, candidate availability trends, and hiring recommendations as a trusted recruiting advisor.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified, cleared federal candidates.
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and hiring progress in the ATS and provide regular updates to TA leadership.
• Support offer development and candidate negotiations in alignment with internal compensation guidelines.
• Partner with HR and leadership to ensure smooth, timely onboarding.

• Develop and deliver training modules for MCC personnel.
• Update policies, procedures, and manuals (COM, AIs, GCAM, SOPs).
• Analyze regulatory changes and assess impacts on MCC operations.

• Manages highly complex and sensitive procurement programs.

• Support a major Department of Homeland Security (DHS) component with customer experience (CX) strategy, communications, survey development, analysis, and organizational improvement efforts.
• Collect information required to launch new projects.
• Provide operational support including stakeholder engagement and tracking timelines.
• Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, agendas, and reports.
• Develop targeted messaging for internal and external audiences.
