About the role
- Responsibility for the ongoing care of our customers in gyms and physiotherapy practices – including identifying development and optimization potential.
- Conduct practical, hands-on training for teams to ensure the safe and effective use of the AIRIS AI training area.
- Ensure smooth operation and optimal utilization of the AIRIS training area through active support and monitoring.
- Analyze usage data to derive measures to increase revenue, performance, and quality.
- Support new openings and assist with the successful implementation of AIRIS in existing facilities.
- Present AIRIS at industry conferences, trade shows and events – including professional product demonstrations.
- Provide active field feedback to help further develop our product.
Requirements
- You bring experience in the fitness or healthcare sector – ideally from gyms or physiotherapy practices (alternatively, a relevant vocational qualification or degree in a comparable field).
- You have a confident, eloquent manner and can communicate information clearly and persuasively.
- You enjoy interacting with customers and are comfortable in consultative conversations.
- You work in a very organized manner, act independently and are confident traveling for field service.
- You have an affinity for sales as well as a strong interest in digital solutions and innovative training concepts.
