Account Executive

• As a Sales Representative, you are the eyes and ears for our customers and support them with all their needs.
• Customer support: Assist our customers and ensure they are optimally using our technologies.
• Customer inquiry management: Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and handle them promptly and with a customer-focused approach to build and maintain long-term customer relationships in collaboration with the field sales team.
• Communicating customer requests: Receive and process various customer needs and create and follow up on customer orders.
• Service handling: Maintain the customer database and continuously monitor customer satisfaction and development with a view to potential improvements of our service through more efficient solutions or new sales opportunities.
• Customer acquisition and trade shows: Support the expansion of our customer base and represent us at trade shows and on-site events.

• Prepare financial metrics, sales data, and management reports.
