Account Executive

• As a Sales Representative, you are the eyes and ears for the customer and support them with all their needs.
• Customer support: Look after our customers and ensure they make optimal use of our technologies.
• Customer inquiry management: Act as the point of contact for customer inquiries and handle them promptly and with a customer-focused approach to build and maintain long-term customer relationships in collaboration with the field sales team.
• Communicating customer requests: Receive and process various customer needs and create and follow up on customer orders.
• Service processing: Maintain the customer database and continuously monitor customer satisfaction and development with a view to potential improvements to our service through more efficient solutions or new sales opportunities.
• Customer acquisition and trade shows: Support the expansion of our customer base and represent us at trade shows and events on site.
