Sales Operations Manager

• Partner with Demand planning to update and maintain internal forecasting models and sales reporting dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into volume, velocity, and distribution performance across key retail partners.
• Lead trade spend management — tracking promotional budgets, auditing deductions, and partnering with Finance to ensure accurate accruals and ROI reporting on promotional activities.
• Support new account onboarding and line review preparation by coordinating cross-functional inputs and ensuring all sales materials, pricing, and sell-through data are accurate and presentation-ready.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in sales workflows by standardizing processes, creating playbooks, and implementing tools that scale with Bobbie's growing retailer footprint.
• Collaborate closely with the demand planning team to align demand planning with sales forecasts, minimizing out-of-stocks and overage risk across conventional and specialty retail channels.

Product Marketing

• Lead Innovation & Renovation Strategy
• Drive the ideation and design of new products, features, or business models by analyzing market trends and customer insights to guide the product roadmap
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive data to identify opportunities to renovate, refresh, or reposition existing product lines
• Manage the product life cycle from concept to launch, ensuring that product enhancements are strategic and profitable and fit well within the existing portfolio of Bobbie’s products
• Help establish, and build equity for Bobbie Labs as a center of excellence and validation for nutrition.
• Develop product briefs, including financial models, ROI analyses, and business cases for new innovations and renovation projects within the Stage Gate process
• Lead product research, including 'voice of the customer' studies and prototyping, to validate new concepts
• Formulate comprehensive product points of difference, claims, and positioning strategies to differentiate products in the market
• Own the brief guiding the creation and integration of compelling product messaging, naming, and positioning to maximize market appeal in collaboration with Brand and Commercial teams.
• Define the core value drivers and differentiators for the product portfolio.
• Support the development of sales materials, case studies, and presentations to enable the Commercial teams to effectively communicate the product's value.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including R&D, Brand, Commercial, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless execution of product strategy
• Build, manage, mentor, and lead high-performing project teams
• Act as the primary liaison between Product and executive leadership, presenting innovation/renovation strategies and performance metrics.
• Cultivate & own relationships with external product partners to ensure efficient and effective progress towards shared KPIs.
• Define KPIs for product innovation/renovation, performance, adoption rates, and revenue impact.

Customer Experience Specialist

Project Manager

• Manage end to end execution of all creative projects. Review project briefs, determine timelines and key milestones, identify and facilitate key reviewers, remove blockers.
• Resource management - Ensure the right creatives (graphic designers, copywriters, video editors, etc.) are assigned to the right projects while balancing workload capacity. Monitor team bandwidth, prioritize tasks, and strategically reshuffle as needed to support business priorities.
• End to end asana management - Translate briefs into actionable, structured workflows. Asana will be your temple, and you will be obsessed with keeping it organized, updated, and optimized.
• Act as the primary point of contact between creative teams and stakeholders. Ensure work has been reviewed by all appropriate stakeholders.
• Own all review scheduling, calendar management, and status updates. Ongoing identification of next steps for all projects.
• Act as a central point of accountability for timelines, deliverables, and creative quality across all projects.
• Obsess over workflow optimization. Always seek more efficient, higher quality ways of working.
• Review + troubleshoot all briefs/creative requests to ensure they’re clear and complete prior to execution. This requires a high level of critical thinking.
• Risk management: Monitor project progress closely to proactively identify bottlenecks, resource constraints, and potential timeline issues, escalating to leadership when necessary.
