Project Manager

• Manage end to end execution of all creative projects. Review project briefs, determine timelines and key milestones, identify and facilitate key reviewers, remove blockers.
• Resource management - Ensure the right creatives (graphic designers, copywriters, video editors, etc.) are assigned to the right projects while balancing workload capacity. Monitor team bandwidth, prioritize tasks, and strategically reshuffle as needed to support business priorities.
• End to end asana management - Translate briefs into actionable, structured workflows. Asana will be your temple, and you will be obsessed with keeping it organized, updated, and optimized.
• Act as the primary point of contact between creative teams and stakeholders. Ensure work has been reviewed by all appropriate stakeholders.
• Own all review scheduling, calendar management, and status updates. Ongoing identification of next steps for all projects.
• Act as a central point of accountability for timelines, deliverables, and creative quality across all projects.
• Obsess over workflow optimization. Always seek more efficient, higher quality ways of working.
• Review + troubleshoot all briefs/creative requests to ensure they’re clear and complete prior to execution. This requires a high level of critical thinking.
• Risk management: Monitor project progress closely to proactively identify bottlenecks, resource constraints, and potential timeline issues, escalating to leadership when necessary.

• Own the end-to-end commercial strategy across Retail and DTC/E-Commerce, with full P&L accountability for both channels
• Set and deliver against revenue targets, translating strategic priorities into annual operating plans, forecasts, and budgets
• Define channel investment priorities and trade-offs to maximize revenue and margin across the portfolio
• Lead the annual commercial planning process in close partnership with Finance, ensuring plans are grounded, funded, and executable
• Serve as the primary commercial voice in the executive team, bringing a clear point of view on market dynamics, competitive positioning, and growth levers
• Own the retail sales organization and strategy across all channels - grocery, mass, club, and specialty
• Build and deepen strategic relationships with key retail partners and buyers, establishing Bobbie as a preferred partner
• Drive distribution expansion, velocity improvement, and shelf presence across the account portfolio
• Optimize trade spend and promotional investment to maximize ROI and brand positioning at shelf
• Set clear performance targets and hold the team accountable to distribution, velocity, and revenue goals
• Own and scale the DTC and e-commerce business across Bobbie's website, Amazon, and other online marketplaces
• Develop and execute data-driven customer acquisition and retention strategies that improve CAC, LTV, and overall channel economics
• Optimize the full digital funnel - from paid and owned media through site conversion and post-purchase retention
• Translate DTC consumer data and behavioral insights into actionable commercial decisions across both channels
• Ensure a seamless, brand-right consumer experience across all owned digital touchpoints
• Own pricing strategy and architecture across all SKUs and channels, balancing competitiveness, margin, and brand positioning
• Monitor competitive pricing dynamics and lead pricing initiatives including increases with disciplined timing and execution
• Establish guardrails for promotional activity and evaluate promotional effectiveness against clear ROI thresholds
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing commercial organization across retail and DTC functions
• Establish clear metrics, accountability structures, and performance management systems across the team
• Foster a culture of executional excellence, collaboration, and consumer-centricity
• Partner closely with Brand, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure commercial plans are profitable and executable
• Collaborate with Finance on financial modeling, business cases, and investment decisions
• Align with the executive team on strategic priorities, resource allocation, and commercial performance
• Work in close coordination with the innovation function to ensure core channel readiness for new product launches, without owning the 0-1 pipeline

• Lead Innovation & Renovation Strategy
• Innovation Roadmap: Drive the ideation and design of new products, features, or business models by analyzing market trends and customer insights to guide the product roadmap
• Product Evolution: Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive data to identify opportunities to renovate, refresh, or reposition existing product lines
• Portfolio Management: Manage the product life cycle from concept to launch, ensuring that product enhancements are strategic and profitable and fit well within the existing portfolio of Bobbie’s products
• Bobbie Labs: Help establish, and build equity for Bobbie Labs as a center of excellence and validation for nutrition. Owning strategic marketing and co-leading positioning, output and partnerships alongside R&D
• Business Cases: Develop product briefs, including financial models, ROI analyses, and business cases for new innovations and renovation projects within the Stage Gate process
• Concept Validation: Lead product research, including "voice of the customer" studies and prototyping, to validate new concepts

• Strategic Positioning: Formulate comprehensive product points of difference, claims, and positioning strategies to differentiate products in the market
• Narrative Ownership: Own the brief guiding the creation and integration of compelling product messaging, naming, and positioning to maximize market appeal in collaboration with Brand and Commercial teams.
• Value Proposition: Define the core value drivers and differentiators for the product portfolio.
• Sales Enablement: Support the development of sales materials, case studies, and presentations to enable the Commercial teams to effectively communicate the product's value.
• Team Leadership, Collaboration & Performance
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including R&D, Brand, Commercial, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless execution of product strategy
• Mentorship: Build, manage, mentor, and lead high-performing project teams
• Executive Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between Product and executive leadership, presenting innovation/renovation strategies and performance metrics
• Champion Product Partnerships: Cultivate & own relationships with external product partners to ensure efficient and effective progress towards shared KPIs
• Performance Metrics: Define KPIs for product innovation/renovation, performance, adoption rates, and revenue impact.
