About the role

  • Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and search channels.
  • Own paid media performance end-to-end, managing budgets to maximise ROI and ROAS.
  • Use analytics tools (Excel, GA4, Optimyzr, and others) to track performance, revenue, and attribution.
  • Turn data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Adapt strategies to different markets, audiences, and demand patterns.
  • Lead performance marketing initiatives with a high level of independence and accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Revenue, Distribution, B2B Sales, and Product & Engineering teams.
  • Build and evolve performance marketing roadmaps that support long-term growth.
  • Continuously test, learn, and improve based on market and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Has strong hands-on experience across paid social, search, and performance channels.
  • Is highly analytical and confident working with Excel and other data platforms to guide decisions and prove impact.
  • Combines strategic thinking with practical, results-focused execution.
  • Has proven experience managing budgets and driving efficient growth while maximising ROI.
  • Works autonomously, proactively identifying opportunities and solving problems.
  • Communicates clearly with stakeholders at all levels, adapting messages to different audiences.
  • Stays curious, adaptable, and up to date with digital marketing trends.
  • Is results-driven, accountable, and motivated by measurable impact.
  • Is fluent in English, with German fluency highly desirable.
