About the role

  • Partner with enterprise customers on pilots and early deployments
  • Lead technical discovery, solution design, and integration planning
  • Translate messy partner data needs into concrete API and data feed requirements
  • Support implementation work across APIs, data feeds, and CRM connections
  • Coordinate with product, engineering, and data teams on requirements and scope
  • Translate customer needs into clear tickets, specs, and follow ups
  • Build and maintain demo environments, sample data sets, and playbooks
  • Help design and track pilot success metrics and reporting views
  • Collect structured feedback from users and stakeholders during pilots
  • Troubleshoot issues across data, configuration, and integrations
  • Provide input into roadmap based on real customer use and impact

Requirements

  • 3–6 years in a customer facing technical role
  • Experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar role
  • Worked with API integrations, data operations, and automation through scripting or SQL
  • Comfortable debugging APIs, security, and data flows
  • Strong communicator with both technical and non technical partners
  • Able to run discovery, ask good questions, and map needs to solutions
  • Experience with B2B SaaS, data products, or analytics platforms
  • Enjoy working on pilots, proof of concepts, and first of kind projects
  • Comfortable owning timelines and keeping multiple teams in sync
  • Bias to ship, learn from usage, and refine quickly
  • Motivated by solving real customer problems and seeing impact in the field
