About the role
- Performs complex duties and projects related to cash processing and fund transfers.
- May work across multiple geographies and currencies to influence teams and cover market activities.
- Ensures cash processing and fund transfer policies and procedures are followed.
- Leads working sessions and research in order to determine best practices within cash processing and even general operations in a given market.
- Works directly with clients in order to resolve queries and/or to define solutions.
- Interacts with traders to ensure appropriate liquidity levels are available and monitors transaction risks for both the bank and for clients.
- No direct reports but may provide guidance to less experienced team members.
- May have people management responsibilities in some geographies.
- Contributes to the achievement of team goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
- Experience in financial services operations preferred.
